The Town of Islip Affordable Housing Corp is a Federally recognized 501c3 Organization. The Mission of the Not For Profit is to own housing for low to very low-income persons. The TOIAHC owns 360 units of affordable housing. The Corp contracts the management of the owned facilities to the Housing Authority rather than managing the units directly. The information within this dual website(created to save valuable resources) refers to both entities, but the contact and admin is contracted to the Housing Authority.
